At FEI YI, we aim to provide a clear and straightforward return and refund process. This policy explains the conditions for returns, exchanges, refunds, and return shipping for purchases made through our website.

3. Eligible Returns & Product Condition

FEI YI accepts return requests for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions of this policy and applicable law.

For a standard return, the product must generally be:

• New, unworn, and unused

• Clean and in its original condition

• Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of use

• Returned with original tags and packaging where reasonably possible

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a standard change-of-mind return.

These conditions do not limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

4. Change-of-Mind, Size & Color Returns

If you change your mind or select an incorrect size or color, you may request a return within the 30-day return window, provided the product meets the applicable return conditions.

For these returns:

• The product must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• The original shipping charge, if any, is generally non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

• No restocking fee will be charged.

5. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect products are subject to the same stated return shipping responsibility as other returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include a return, exchange, replacement, or refund.

Our customer service team must confirm the applicable return address and instructions before you ship the package.

Do not send returned items to the original shipping location unless our customer service team confirms that it is the correct return address.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for all returns, including defective, damaged, incorrect, and non-defective products, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

FEI YI does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping to the return address confirmed by our customer service team.

Please consider the international shipping costs before requesting a return, as returns may need to be shipped to China.

Return shipping costs are generally non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Restocking Fee: FEI YI does not charge a restocking fee.

8. Exchanges

FEI YI accepts exchange requests within the applicable 30-day return window, subject to product eligibility and availability.

If you would like to exchange an item for another size, color, or eligible product, please contact us before returning the original item.

Customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs. Any additional shipping arrangements or costs associated with sending a replacement item will be communicated before the exchange is arranged.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, we will discuss the available options with you, which may include a refund where applicable.

9. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, it may be inspected to confirm that it meets the applicable return conditions.

After the return has been reviewed and the refund approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Processing Time: Within 5 days after refund approval.

The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution.

The time taken by a financial institution to post a refund is separate from FEI YI's refund processing time.

10. Original Shipping Charges

For change-of-mind, incorrect-size, or incorrect-color returns, the original shipping charge, if any, is generally non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrect products will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable consumer protection laws.

No restocking fee will be charged.

11. Customs Duties & Taxes

FEI YI covers applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related import charges for orders shipped to the destinations we serve, in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
